Abstract

The establishment of the 54-year criminal justice system from the 1980s to 2024. The constitution mandates that all current laws must be in accordance with the precepts of Islam as stated in the holy Quran and Sunnah. The process of law enforcement organizations initiates the criminal justice system. It encompasses a collection of laws and doctrines designed to safeguard the lives and possessions of citizens, thereby upholding public order. Article 37(d) of the constitution mandates that the state guarantee law enforcement and ensure justice to promote social justice and eradicate communicable vices. The mechanism for delivering justice utilizing the principles of criminal law typically involves three stages: (1) Inquiry carried out by law enforcement, (2) the trial overseen by the judiciary, and (3) the enforcement of court judgments by punitive jurisdiction. This research pivots on every aspect of the criminal justice system, concerning their nexus. While it encompasses materials pertaining to felony and the distinct components of the criminal justice system, the predominant focus of the research is to link the potency of these elements and demonstrate the ramifications of their interactions.
